The Art of War

This book contains a vast wealth of knowledge. I will be reading it a few more times to make sure I can absorb more of the wisdom I found in this book, so don’t be surprised if this post is edited in the future. Although Sun Tzu is a warrior, the lessons in this book can be applied to life and business as well, sans maybe the chapter on fire attacks. Some of the key lessons are as follows:

  1. Know yourself and your enemy
  2. Adapt to change and you will be victorious
  3. Take care of your people

Favorite Quote: “So a military force has no constant formation, water has no constant shape: the ability to gain victory by changing and adapting according to the opponent is called genius.”
